Growing up we see many cases of Sever's Disease which is the inflammation of the growth plate found at the back of the heel where the Achilles tendon attaches to 🦶

More common in YOUNG, ACTIVE AND TIGHT MUSCLES males. We find that this condition can cause some serious pain if left untreated leaving some unable to play sport or play with limited capacity ⛹‍♂️


Treatment can include but isn't limited to:

- REST - ICE - COMPRESSION - ELEVATION
- Non-steroidal anti inflammatory cream/spray
- Stretching
- Soft tissue releasing
- Joint manipulation
